Module 2: Data Processing Regulation under the GDPR
This module provides information about data processing rules under the GDPR in an easy-to digest manner. It covers the key principles of data handling and regulations around processing of special category and criminal offence data.

Module 3: Accountability and Governance
This module introduces the Accountability principle under the GDPR. It gives detailed information about what it means to be personally accountable and provides delegates with all the knowledge necessary to achieve compliance in their organization.

Module 4: Data Breaches and Notification
This module focuses on explaining personal data breach and notification requirements. It provides a deep understanding about what to do in the event of a data breach, thus helping organizations take necessary steps in situations involving high risk.

Module 5: International Data Transfers
This module takes a closer look at the data transfer regulations under the GDPR. It outlines the limited circumstances in which cross-border data transfers are permitted and guidelines to prepare for compliance.
